A quick and cool dessert :)
For whipped cream we need:
- 215 g liquid cream 31% fat
- 40 g vanilla sugar
- whipped cream hardener (optional, I did not use)
- Strawberries about 300 g,
- 2-3 tablespoons caster sugar
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Strawberries with whipped cream:
Before making the whipped cream, keep it in the fridge for a few hours. Pour it into a bowl, add the sugar and beat with the mixer to start at first speed and then gradually increase the speed until the whipped cream is the consistency of meringue.
The strawberries are washed, cleaned and cut in half, then the sugar is added over them and they are put in the fridge for a few hours.
