Grease the meat with oil (one or two tablespoons) and place in a heat-resistant dish.
Add the chopped / sliced garlic and then season evenly with salt and pepper to taste, hot pepper powder, rosemary, coriander and cardamom.
Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small cubes. Sprinkle with a little oil and season with nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste, then place in a bowl with the chicken.
Cover the bowl with aluminum foil and place in the preheated oven. After 15-20 minutes, remove the foil and continue cooking until the meat is lightly browned.
