Skewers

Cut the pork into cubes, peel the potatoes, onions, peppers and mushrooms and cut them into cubes.

Place meat, peppers, potatoes, mushrooms, onions (or in any order you want) on the skewer, season and put on the grill. They come back often to do well on all sides.

To these skewers I added a sour cabbage salad, which I prepared as follows: I cut the cabbage into strips, washed it and drained it. In a bowl I mixed the cabbage with oil, a little pepper and salt if it is not salty enough.

Tuna skewers

I found them at Lidl ready to be nailed, but you can make them yourself. All you need are some skewers, white (or yellow) onions, red bell peppers and some tuna fillets. The pepper didn't have to be red, nor the yellow tone. It can be the other way around. They cook quickly, cook quickly and eat even faster.

If you do not take the skewers ready, take the slice of tuna and cut it into pieces with a side of 2 - 2.5 cm. Do the same with the pepper, after removing the spine, seeds and ribs. Peel an onion and cut it into quarters (if it is bigger, cut it into sixths or eighths), then cut it into sheets.

The skewer sticks do not need to be soaked in water, because everything is prepared so fast that they do not have time to burn.

Season the tuna pieces with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice and a drop of olive oil. Put the ingredients on the skewer in the following sequence:

Ar-Ce-To -Ce-Ar-Ce- To -Ce-Ar-Ce- To -Ce-Ar-Ce- To -Ce-Ar

that is, start and end with Itdei, and the pieces of Ton (maximum 4 on a skewer) to be flanked by slices of What thethe water.

Grease the grill pan with a drop of grape seed oil and heat it to maximum. Place the skewers on the hot grill and rotate them 90˚ (or π / 2) - the meaning matters less, provided you are consistent and keep it - every 60 seconds. According to my calculations, in 4 minutes you should remove them from the grill.

If you dislike medium-rare cooked tuna, set the rotation time of the skewers to 90 or 120 seconds, in which case the tuna pieces will cook well inside as well, and the vegetables will caramelize.

  • 1 bay leaf
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala mixture
  • fresh oriandru.

In a deep frying pan put the oil and all the spices, less garnish the masala and leave for a few seconds, until the flavors begin to release, then put the finely chopped onion and garlic, mix. When the onion becomes translucent, add the diced tomatoes, the tomato broth and 1 cup of water, cover with a lid and simmer until the sauce decreases. After the sauce has dropped, blend the mixture to obtain a fine sauce, then add the browned meat, garnish the masala and sour cream, mix well and leave on the fire for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, put the chopped coriander and cover with a lid.

Three onions are cut into rings and rubbed with salt. Mix with the meat. Squeeze the juice from the lemon. Put everything in a large bowl, season to taste and leave for 10 hours.

Marinated onions and tomatoes. For a juicy skewer.

10 onions and 10 tomatoes are passed through the meat grinder, add salt, a little sugar, ground black pepper and red pepper. The meat is marinated for no less than 2 hours. Tomatoes can be replaced with tomato juice.

Wine marinade for mutton. A strong and spicy taste.

Two onions cut into rings, add 1 glass of dry red wine, ½ glass of wine vinegar, 3 tablespoons oil, a tablespoon of ground black pepper, rosemary and thyme. Mix all the ingredients, place the mutton and leave for at least 6 hours.

Pomegranate juice with meat juice. Highlights oriental taste and aroma.

The meat mixes well with the hands with onions and spices - coriander, ground black pepper and cumin. Cumin should be used with caution, as it is a spice with a strong aroma. Pour the pomegranate juice over the meat and let it marinate.

Honey marinade for pork and beef. Makes the skewers more spicy and peppery.

A tablespoon of honey is heated in the steam bath. Add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce. Pour a small tablespoon of sesame oil and add the spices - ground ginger, red pepper and a few cloves of garlic. Marinate for 8 hours.

Green marinade for chicken and fish

Two onions are cut into rings, rubbed with salt. Add a sprig of finely chopped mint and coriander, a clove of crushed garlic. Pour 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and ½ glass of olive oil. Marinate the skewers for 2-3 hours.

Yogurt marinade for chicken.

Grate the ginger root (2 cm) through a grater, add 3 cloves of pressed garlic, lemon juice and spices - 1 tablespoon turmeric, 1 tablespoon coriander, 1 tablespoon cumin, ½ tablespoon table peppered red pepper. Mix with a can of natural yogurt (250 gr) and marinate the meat for a few hours.

Vegetable marinade.

Finely chop the onion, press 2 cloves of garlic. Add half a bunch of finely chopped greens. Pour 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil, add the spices - black and red pepper. The vegetables are marinated before being grilled.

Take a piece of pork, the boneless meat is the most suitable, cut it into slices about 1 centimeter thick, and then cut with a knife cubes from each slice again about 1 centimeter. To make the meat tender and tasty, leave the diced meat to marinate in the juice squeezed from a lemon, along with the spices. For the marinade, use fresh dried basil, marjoram, lots of chilli, white pepper and salt. Of course, if you do not taste spicy food, then put instead of chilli, paprika. Let the meat marinate for an hour and refrigerate during this time.

Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables that will be placed on the skewer with the marinated pork. Choose for your skewers zucchini zucchini, capsicum, champignon mushrooms and do not forget about onions. Cut the zucchini and capsicum into cubes, remove the legs from the mushrooms, and cut the onion in a circle so as to obtain full rings.

When you think the marinade is ready, take the meat out of the fridge and start building the skewers. Put a zucchini cube in a skewer, then a square of capsicum, followed by a piece of meat, an onion ring and a mushroom. Then repeat the operation until you fill a spike, and then do the same with each spike.

Once the skewers have been prepared, grease the tray in which you are going to put them in the oven with a little oil - for health reasons, avoid refined sunflower oil. Use corn oil. Place the skewers in the pan and add salt powder and spices on top. Pour a little water and cut a red round slice and place them in the pan. Bake for an hour on low heat and remove when the meat and vegetables are nicely browned.

  • Half a lemon
  • A clove of garlic
  • 2 bell peppers (preferably in different colors)
  • A red onion
  • Olive oil
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Wash the chicken breast well, cut into medium-sized cubes and place in a bowl.

Grind the garlic and add over the chicken breast together with a little olive oil, lemon juice, a little oregano, salt and pepper.

Mix the meat with the spices and leave to soak for about 2 hours.

While the meat is soaking, wash the peppers and peel the onion. They are then cut into large pieces.

After the meat is macerated, put the ingredients on bamboo or metal sticks, alternating the meat with the vegetables (meat, peppers, onions).

If you have vegetables left over, you can put them on sticks, without meat.

After the ingredients have been put on the sticks, they are put either in the oven or on the grill (according to your preferences), for about 10 minutes (for the grill) or 15 minutes (for the oven). Check that the meat is ready.
