Flower bread

Flower bread

Put flour in a bowl (smaller), butter, oil and salt. Mix the yeast with the sugar until it liquefies, then make a hole in the flour and pour the mixture with the yeast. Mix with a fork and add more water until you finish the water. We start kneading by hand until it becomes an elastic shell, care must be taken not to be swollen. Grease the cake with flour and put it to rise, put a bag on the bowl to grow better. It will leave for about an hour. When it has risen, knead a little more because it will be soft and add a little more flour. We make balls out of dough and put them in a tray greased with oil, on each ball we will put flour as if we were giving salt to have the appearance of bread on the hearth. After we have finished putting the balls, we put a foil or a bag over the tray and let it rise a little more (about 30 minutes).

The oven must be preheated. Before putting the tray in the oven, turn the heat to maximum. We will leave the bread in the oven on high heat for about 20 minutes, then reduce to a minimum. Do not open the oven in any form for the first 30 minutes. Leave for about 50 minutes, depending on the oven. When it is ready, wrap it in a towel and leave it to cool.

A tasty, filling, but also natural bread!

Flower bread

If I'm not mistaken, I think this is the first new recipe that inaugurates the new Bakery subforum. therefore, he is dedicated to Iulia13, who came up with the idea for MAYA and ADRIAN who broke their time and created this subforum, which will be so useful for all fans (and not only) of bakery and pastry. Girls, you have a flower as a gift from me

I found the recipe on a Serbian blog, namely here and from the moment I saw her I fell in love and I had to do it. This bread, as good as it looks, I say it is very easy to make and I recommend it to all those who want to give a special air to a festive meal.

700 gr flour
40 gr of fresh yeast
250 ml of milk
125 ml oil
2 eggs
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons salt
8 tablespoons olive oil (originally given melted margarine)
1 yolk (for greased)
sesame and poppy seeds / cumin (for decoration)

Rub the yeast with the sugar and then mix it with the warm milk. Set aside for 10 minutes, until swollen.

Then add flour, eggs, salt, sugar, 125 ml of oil and knead a smooth and non-sticky dough.

Leave the dough to rise, covered with foil, for 30 minutes or until it doubles in volume.

Remove on the work table and form a roll that is cut in half, then cut the corner in half.

The middle and the small part are covered with foil, and from the larger part it is divided into 5 equal balls.

The balls stretch with the twister to form overlapping discs. Grease each disc with a tablespoon of olive oil before covering with another disc.

The last disc stretches more so that its edges fall under the base of the others. It is no longer greased with oil.

The dough is placed in the middle of a tray that has been previously greased and lined with flour and four transverse cuts are made in the dough, leaving the edge uncut.

The cut parts are brought outwards.

The middle part of the dough is now divided into 5 equal pieces, which also stretch into discs, which overlap, greased with olive oil, then place in the middle of the crown, grow the same, avbut take care that now the cuts do not overlap with the previous ones, the corners that are now brought to the outside to occupy the free spaces in the crown.

From the smaller part of the dough a ball is formed which is placed inside the second crown. Grease the bread with beaten egg yolk with a little milk, decorate with seeds and put in the preheated oven at 200 for 20 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and leave for another 30 minutes, if necessary, so as not to brown the bread too much and cover it now with aluminum foil.

BREAD FLOWER APPETIZER WITH HAM

Appetizer flower bread with ham is one of my appetizer proposals prepared especially for children for Christmas. It is very easy to prepare and finishes quickly. I did it the other day as a test for Christmas, when I will have guests and some children. For this reason I chose to model the petals in the shape of a fir tree. I made 12 petals for it, one for each month of the year.

I have noticed over the years that the little ones are not lovers of traditional pork appetizers, they do not like mayonnaise appetizers either. Be that as it may, it would not even be appropriate to offer them such preparations.

I chose to bring you a nice, tasty and effective idea. Appetizer flower bread with ham it can be prepared for children, especially for the holidays and I am sure that adults will also want to eat at least one petal made in the shape of a fir tree. My friends who visited me last night give you clear proof. While the little one was eating with a petal, my parents made 4 petals disappear and they asked me for the recipe.

Children love bread. He often eats it empty. The smell of fresh bread is unique and even if you finished eating it was like taking another piece of bread.

And when it looks so beautiful and stuffed with ham, what more could you want?

For filling this flower-shaped breads I chose to use soli Poli Hammy. Poli is a registered trademark in Slovenia and is a leader in the production of chicken dishes. It is a HALAL certified product, gluten free, no flavor enhancers, no dyes, no artificial flavors, with 90% chicken made from carefully selected chicken and turkey parts. It is a high protein product, with low salt content. It has a short shelf life, which proves that the ingredients used are quality. I was saying that it is HALAL certified, it is considered the cleanest meat, without toxins, due to the processing mode. HALAL products do not contain pork / mice or mouse emulsions. The product was launched in the former Yugoslavia and has kept the same recipe for more than 40 years (more precisely since 1974). Poli is the No. 1 product in Europe in terms of sales volume and the first product created in Europe in its category.

For this flower bread appetizer with ham I didn't need many ingredients. Apart from the ingredients needed for the leavened dough, I used only Poli Hammy and an egg for spreading. The bread dough used is simple to prepare and easy to knead (in 5 minutes it is ready, becoming homogeneous, smooth and elastic), and the final result is fixed as you want, that is fluffy and tasty.

I am convinced that you will like my recipe. Something dream came out! A fluffy, tasty and beautiful bread.

If you like this ham bread you can also prepare it for the picnic basket in the summer or for the evenings when the boys meet to watch a football match on TV. You can put a salsa sauce or obatzda cheese sauce next to the bread, but we liked the simple one.

I now leave you to see how to make an appetizer flower bread with ham and how to shape the petals in the shape of a fir tree:

INGREDIENT:

20 g fresh yeast or 7 g dry yeast

For the filling:

optional & # 8211 some parsley leaves

I left the necessary ingredients for the bread dough at room temperature for 30 minutes, then I warmed the bread a little (it should be slightly warm). I put the yeast with the sugar in a bowl, then I poured 50 ml of warm water. I let it grow and poured it over the flour.

I added the rest of the hot water, oil and started kneading the dough. I incorporated the salt and continued to knead until I obtained a smooth and elastic dough and it did not stick to my hands. I covered the bowl and let the dough rise for 60 minutes. After this interval it more than doubled.

I weighed the raised dough. It weighed 802 g. I divided the dough into 12 pieces of 60 g that I turned into petals, and I kept the 13th piece (of the rest of the dough) for the center of the bread. I prepared my slices of Poly Hammy at hand.

I spread each ball in a circle with my hands (no twisting is needed), so that the dough is a little bigger than the slice of ham & # 8211 about 10 cm. I put Poli Hammy over the dough, I cut the ham dough with a pair of scissors that I only use in the kitchen (or a knife) and I started to roll.

The shape obtained resembles a fir tree. I arranged the fir trees in a round shape with a diameter of 25 cm which I covered with baking paper. In the middle I put a model made of the remaining dough (13th piece).

I put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 15 minutes, then I took it out and quickly greased the fir trees with the beaten egg.

I continued to bake the flower appetizer bread with ham for another 15 minutes.

A very good bread came out, with the filling to the children's taste.

There is no greater joy than receiving pictures of tried recipes. Thank you, Carla Claudia!

Flower bread - in the form of silicone

I start by presenting some products that you should not miss in the kitchen, purchased from the website http://www.pentrucopt.ro/ Here's how malleable it is. You can keep it tight wherever you have storage space because it returns perfectly to its original shape. The second product I present is the round silicone shape, in which you can make cake tops or bread. One drop of oil is enough to grease the silicone tray so it doesn't stick. It has the function of browning perfectly, does not burn and withstands +250 degrees in the oven. It also lasts in the microwave. Ingredients for flower bread: 680 grams of flour, 250 gr. water, 2 tablespoons oil, 1 cube of 25 gr. yeast, 2 teaspoons sugar, 1 teaspoon salt. For greased bread: 1 egg yolk, 2 tablespoons oil. I made the bread dough in the bread machine. 8 Dough program, which lasts 1:30 h. After the dough was made I put it on a non-stick base and divided it into several loaves (8 pieces) In the round silicone tray I put the 8 flower-shaped loaves. I greased the bread with the egg mixed with oil and sprinkled flax seeds. I baked the bread at 175 degrees for 40 minutes on the bottom grill. Romanian and beautiful, my fluffy poppy. Here is a fluffy section. Good appetite !
