Beef salad

Wash the beef pulp well, portion it and boil it in a larger bowl full of water (because it needs a long time to boil).

Separately prepare the vegetables: peel them, wash them and boil them as needed. We boil the potatoes in their skins.

Meanwhile, prepare the mayonnaise: pass the boiled (and cooled) yolks together with the raw ones (at room temperature) and a pinch of salt, mixing well with a wooden spoon and taking care not to remain lumpy. From this point we used the mixer: we add oil, little by little, until the mayonnaise reaches the desired consistency.

The meat and vegetables, cooked and cooled, are then chopped into small cubes. We do the same with donuts and cucumbers in vinegar.

Place all the ingredients in a large bowl, add the mustard and mayonnaise, stirring until completely incorporated.

Decorate as you like. Good appetite!
