Korean style fried rice

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Break the meat into pieces and mix with the BBQ sauce, spicy sauce and 1 tablespoon soy sauce.

Fry the sesame seeds in an oil-free pan for 1 minute. Take them out on a plate.

Slice the usutroil, chili and mushrooms and sauté in 2 tablespoons of oil for 2 minutes, over high heat.

Add the meat and let it caramelize for a few minutes. Meanwhile, cut the cabbage into strips. Add to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Drain the rice water and mix with soy sauce and 1 egg. Mix well. Reduce heat to low and add rice over meat. Leave for a few minutes.

Meanwhile, lay the rest of the eggs.

Serve the rice with poached eggs, sprinkled with sesame seeds and spicy sauce.
