Fry the slices of bread.
Prepare mayonnaise from 2 boiled yolks, a little mustard, olive oil and sprinkle with lemon juice. Don't forget to add a pinch of salt. At the end I added and mixed the boiled egg whites. If you prefer a lighter mayonnaise, you can also add a teaspoon of sour cream.
How to prepare shrimp sandwich:
Grease each slice of toast with a thin layer of mayonnaise to catch the lettuce leaves. Put a few lettuce leaves, avocado slices, shrimp (if you don't have small ones, you can cut pieces of larger shrimp to bite easily), add slices or quarters of boiled egg, strain a little mayonnaise between them, sprinkle with juice of lemon, decorate with fresh dill and ready the sandwich.
As I said earlier, you can also add slices of cucumber, avocado or tomatoes.
