I heard you miss pizza :))) I like pizza but we make it a bit weird, I don't know why. My mother likes tuna pizza, she ate somewhere in the city but she had a few tuna fillets and a lot of dough, so I decided to make them at home with a lot of tuna and to her taste. A goodness came out!
For the countertop (2 countertops come out of this quantity):
- 350 gr flour
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- yeast as a nut
- 1/2 cup mineral water
- 140 gr tuna in tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons corn kernels
- 5-6 preserved mushrooms
- 50 gr pitted olives
- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
- dried basil
- dried oregano
- 100 gr cheese
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Pizza with tuna:
Mix the yeast with the sugar until it divorces.
Heat the mineral water a little enough to keep it warm.
In a bowl put flour, oil and yeast.
Mix lightly by hand and pour a little mineral water.
Add salt, add more water until you get a non-sticky dough but easy to shape, like a plasticine. From now on, knead it for another 2-3 minutes.
We cover it with a towel and put it in a warm place to leaven.
We cut the olives into rounds.
We wash the mushrooms and slice them.
We put the cheese on the small grater.
We mix the tomato sauce with a little basil and dried oregano.
After the dough has risen, break it in half.
We take a piece and roll out a thin sheet with the twister, which we put in a tray lined with baking paper.
Grease the sheet with the tomato sauce, sprinkle a little grated cheese, put the mushrooms, then the tuna pieces.
We come with corn on the cob, olive slices, then the rest of the cheese.
Put the tray in the hot oven at the right temperature until the pizza is nicely browned and baked.
We take it out, let it cool for 3-4 minutes and serve it.
The other piece of dough is either made in the same way or as another topping, as you wish!
