WHEAT:

Whisk the egg whites with water and salt, add the sugar and mix until it becomes a glossy composition. Add the yolks rubbed with oil, and finally the flour mixed with the baking powder. The oven is preheated to the right heat. Half of the composition is put in a greased cake tray, and in the other half we add a spoonful of cocoa and then we put the composition in a cake tray. Bake for 40 minutes. When they are cooked, they are taken out on the grill to cool.

SYRUP:

Put the water with the sugar on the fire until the sugar melts, add the rum essence and leave it to cool.

CREAM:

250 ml milk with sugar and vanilla essence are put on the fire. The starch is homogenized with 50 ml of milk. When the milk on the fire boils, add the starch, stir continuously until it thickens and leave to cool.

Beat the whipped cream, incorporate it into the cold cream and add the chopped walnut kernels.

GLAZE:

Chopped chocolate and whipped cream are melted on steam, homogenized and placed over the cake.

The tops are cut into slices, take a black slice, syrup, put the cream, then take a white slice, syrup, put the cream and stick to the black and so on, until you finish the slices.

If you have decided to make something sweet to impress the little ones and the big ones alike, this is the perfect dessert. The cake looks very good and tastes insane. It is prepared quickly and most importantly, it is shared with the family. Here are the main ingredients you need for this cake:

  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 4 yolks
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons milk

  • 200 ml cream

Take a tray to line with baking paper and start the countertop procedure immediately. Beat the 6 egg whites with a drop of salt until they double in volume and become frothy. Add one by one the 6 egg yolks and then the 6 tablespoons of sugar, stirring constantly.
Then put in the rain flour and the 2 tablespoons of cocoa mixing carefully with a wooden spoon, from bottom to top to aerate the composition. At the end, put an unquenched baking powder and mix. Pour everything into the pre-lined tray and bake for about half an hour over medium heat. In the meantime, take care of the cream.

Put a saucepan on the steamer in which you mixed the yolks very well with the sugar and add the milk. Leave on the fire until it thickens and stir continuously. When you notice that it has bound like a cream, add the gelatin dissolved in a little cold water and set aside. Until the cream cools, you have time to whip the cream. You have to be very careful not to beat the cream too much because it turns into butter very quickly. It is better to let it flow because it will harden when mixed with boiled egg yolks.

When the yolk cream has cooled, gradually add the whipped cream and mix to have a homogeneous whole. You will see that you will get a dense and very tasty cream.
After the countertop has cooled, spread the cream on top and set the cake aside until you take care of the meringue.

Beat the egg whites very well, add the sugar and put them in a saucepan, steaming. Stir continuously until you notice that the egg whites turn into a thick foam. Then turn off the heat and spread the egg white foam over the cream. Grate a milk chocolate on top for extra taste and appearance.
This is the cake in 3 colors: brown top, yellow cream and white foam. It has an elegant look and is suitable for both name days and holidays.

Cake in 3 colors

Make a padispan countertop. Mix the following ingredients: 5 eggs, 5 tablespoons sugar, 5 tablespoons flour, baking powder and 2 tablespoons cocoa. This recipe for cake in three colors is made very quickly and is absolutely delicious! You don't need too many ingredients.

Ingredient:
5 eggs
10 tablespoons sugar
10 tablespoons flour
5 g baking powder

2-3 drops of vanilla (or lemon) essence

We do the test with the toothpick, and if it comes out dry the cake is ready.


Pandispan in 3 colors

So who knows what the recipe isn't, it was just a classic pandispan from 5 eggs, 7 tablespoons of flour (it goes even a little more), 5 tablespoons of sugar, a cup of coffee full of milk, 4 tablespoons of oil, a teaspoon of baking powder, an envelope of vanilla sugar, food coloring pink and blue (I wanted pistachio green, but I didn't hit the green one).

I mix the egg whites with foam, then I add everything that means sugar, I continue to mix, then I add the yolks one by one, then the oil, the milk, and finally the flour, 2 tablespoons at a time. When mixing flour, mix the dough at speed 1 or even with a spoon.

After that I divided the composition into 3, coloring one third in pink and the other in blue.

How do we prepare the cake recipe in two colors with vanilla cream and butter?

Let's start with the coconut top.

Put the egg whites in a bowl and mix them until they become foam, lightly add the sugar and continue mixing until you get a strong meringue. Now we can add flour and coconut, mix very well taking care that the mixture does not leave.

We put the obtained composition in a tray (25 & times35) lined with baking paper and we will leave it aside.

Cocoa top.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. We will mix the egg whites very well until they become foam, we add the sugar gradually and we continue mixing until they become a fine meringue. We will put the yolks one by one over the obtained meringue, carefully incorporating them in the egg white foam.

When the mixture is homogeneous we can add flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder and rum essence. We mix very well and we will spread the cocoa composition obtained over the coconut top that we have already put in the tray.

We will put the tray in the preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 20 minutes, the toothpick test must pass.

Cream for Cake in two colors with vanilla cream and butter

While the countertop is in the oven, we take care of the cream. We will mix the 6 yolks with the sugar until we get a fine cream. Over these we will add the milk and we will put the obtained mixture in a saucepan over low heat.

We will stir continuously, taking care not to get caught. We keep the cream on the fire until it becomes like a pudding. We should not leave the cream on the fire too much because there will be a risk of cutting it.

When we think it is ready we take it off the heat and add the vanilla. We will let the cream cool very well. We will mix the butter kept at room temperature until it becomes creamy.

Over it we will gradually put a spoonful of vanilla cream that is completely cold, we mix after each spoonful of cream added and so we will proceed until we incorporate all the vanilla cream into the butter cream.
We cut the cold top vertically in two equal parts. We put the first part on a tray, over it we spread the cream that we obtained earlier and on top we put the second piece of top.

Two-color cake with vanilla cream and butter

Thus we assembled the cake that we will glaze with melted chocolate together with milk and butter. Sprinkle coconut flakes on top.

The cake will need to stay in the fridge for a few hours after which it can be portioned with a knife with a thin blade.

Cake in three colors

1: Put the cleaned cherries on low heat together with the sugar. Hold until the sauce binds.

2: For the countertop, melt the chocolate on a steam bath, add the sugar, butter and milk and bring to a boil. Leave to cool and add the yolks, flour, cocoa and finally, the egg whites.

3: Pour the composition into a tray with removable walls, greased with butter and lined with flour, and bake for 20-25 minutes.

4: For the cream, put the mixture of yolks and milk on the bain-marie. Add the chocolate and keep on the heat until the cream thickens. Put soaked gelatin, vanilla essence and mix lightly.

5: Cut the top in half, fill with a quarter of the white cream, place a layer of cherry sauce, again the cream, the other half of the top. Put the cake in the rest of the white cream and let it cool.

500 g cherries
200 g sugar
FOR THE COUNTER
1 packet with butter
300 g sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
100 g household dark chocolate
3 tablespoons milk
5 eggs
8 tablespoons flour
FOR CREAM
1 l milk
6 yolks
200 g white chocolate
2 sachets of gelatin
vanilla essence


1 Preheat the oven to 4/180 ° C. Grease and flour 3 round 20 cm countertop shapes with flour. In a large bowl, combine the butter and sugar until the mixture becomes fluffy and light in color.

Gradually incorporate the eggs, one at a time. Gently stir in flour, baking soda and whipped milk to make a smooth dough.

2 Divide the composition into 3 small bowls. Add the cocoa in one of the bowls and 25 g of almonds in the other two bowls.

Add raspberries and colored gel to one of the almond bowls. Stir to blend. Pour the compositions into the 3 forms, level the surface and bake for 25 minutes, until the tops rise and penetrate.

3 Set aside to cool for 5 minutes in the molds and then allow to cool completely on the metal grill.

Place the cocoa top on the serving platter and grease it with chocolate cream. Place the raspberry top on top and grease it with jam and then place the almond top on top.

4 Beat the egg whites with the sugar until completely dissolved. The foam must be hard and shiny. Gradually incorporate the butter, with the mixer running!

Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate in a bain marie and then incorporate it into the composition. Glaze the cake with the cream obtained, using the palette knife to level the cream. Coat the edges of the cake with white cream.


Cheesecake 3 colors

Why make a cheesecake with a single flavor when you can make one & # 8230 with three? Vanilla, chocolate and strawberries (or raspberries, if you prefer) have always made a good home, why not combine them harmoniously in a delicious cheesecake that does not require baking?

In a bowl, mix the cream with the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Dissolve the gelatin in hot water and add it to the above composition.

Divide the composition into 3 bowls, in equal portions. In the first bowl add the strawberry / raspberry jam and food coloring (if you want a stronger shade), cocoa powder and melted chocolate in the second (I did not give exact amounts for you to put them according to the intensity of taste and the desired shade) and in the third vanilla essence.

In a cake pan, pour a spoonful of strawberry / raspberry flavored composition in the middle. Then, in the middle of it, a spoonful of chocolate. Then, in the middle of the chocolate one, a spoonful of the vanilla composition. And so on, in this order until you empty the 3 bowls. When the composition is properly placed, take a toothpick and draw with it a cross-like pattern on the cheesecake, and then another and another (as if you were drawing thin slices for pizza.)

Refrigerate the cheesecake until it hardens. You can serve it simply or together with fresh berries.
