It is the ideal solution for a hearty dinner with friends or family. Serve hot with salad, pickles or plain. Good appetite!

ingredients

- 15 chicken legs (or chicken fillets, or pork - depending on preference)

- salt, pepper, spices, greens - to taste

Method of preparation

1. Cut the onion in half and mix it with a little mayonnaise (leave the mixture aside for 1 hour to marinate).

2. Cut the potatoes into the desired shape and marinate them in the same mayonnaise (separately from the onion), about 1 hour.

3. Do the same with the chicken legs - marinate them in mayonnaise. Season with salt, pepper and spices to taste.

4. After 1 hour, place the ingredients in the pan as follows: potatoes, onions, thighs.

5. Put the tray in the oven heated to 220 degrees and bake for 50-60 minutes.

6. Remove the tray from the oven, sprinkle the food with grated cheese and chopped greens and put back in the oven until the cheese melts.

7. The casserole of potatoes with chicken and cheese is ready!

Ingredient:

  • 3 carrots
  • half a kilogram of mushrooms
  • an onion
  • a clove of garlic

  • 200 g pickles
  • 200 g pickled donuts

INGREDIENTS

METHOD OF PREPARATION

4. Put the cheese through the large grater. Wash and cut the remaining tomatoes into thin slices. Sprinkle with ground basil.

5. Choose a rectangular baking dish and arrange the ingredients in layers as follows: 1/3 of the potatoes, 1/2 of the filling, 1/3 of the grated cheese, 1/3 of the potatoes, the tomato rounds, the remaining filling , 1/3 of the grated cheese, the remaining potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese.

6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes. Baking time depends on each oven.

7. Remove the appetizing and fragrant food from the oven and allow it to cool slightly. Serve the super tasty delicacy with great pleasure, along with some grilled vegetables or pickles.

Note: If you are preparing the chicken or turkey delicacy, put some small pieces of butter between the layers.


Layered salad

I like layered salads because I like to see what I eat and it seems to me that the ingredients keep their flavors better.

The recipe below is a layered salad with chicken, potatoes and eggs.

  • 200g smoked chicken breast (can be replaced with ham)
  • 4-5 peeled potatoes and peeled
  • 150g cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 smaller boiled carrots
  • a few lettuce leaves
  • mayonnaise from an egg and 200 ml of oil to which we add 3 tablespoons of yogurt
  • salt pepper
  • cherry tomatoes for garnish

We cut the chicken breast into pieces, the potatoes, the cheese, the eggs, we put the carrots on the large grater and we cut the lettuce into strips.

In a bowl place the ingredients one by one, after each layer we put a little salt, pepper and mayonnaise. The last layer is potatoes, then a little mayonnaise. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and a little salad, leave to cool for 1 hour and then serve.

In a pan, fry the meat until white. Add salt, pepper and chopped crescent onion, chopped mushrooms and finely chopped tomatoes.

Mix well, add a little water and boil everything for 15 minutes.

Add the boiled, peeled and sliced ​​potatoes. Pour the cream into the pan and add half the amount of grated cheese.

Mix carefully. Transfer everything to a pan greased with a little butter. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and put the tray in the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius, for about 20 minutes.

Note: according to preferences, we can put the meat and potatoes in the tray in layers, in which case we do not add the potatoes over the meat, but directly in the tray. We can put cheese between the layers.


Layered pancake cake

Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
Grease a well-heated pan with vegetable oil with a brush.

Add a pinch full of pancake sheet dough.

Fry the pancakes on each side until they get a nice reddish color.

Repeat the operation until you finish all the dough. Place the pancakes on top of each other to prevent them from drying out.

Cut each pancake sheet, using a lid 19-20 cm in diameter. You get the perfect edges and shape.

In a saucepan, melt 400 g of chocolate with 50% cocoa and 400 ml of whipped cream.

Stir constantly until you get a homogeneous composition.

Pour the chocolate into a large bowl and add 250 g of mascarcone.

Stir until the mascarpone cream is completely homogenous.
Refrigerate the cream bowl for 30 minutes.
When the cream has cooled you can assemble the cake.
Put a tablespoon of cream (about 50 g) on ​​each sheet of pancake

After you have put the last sheet, cover the cake with cream on top and on the sides.

Garnish the cake with whipped cream, strawberries, mint leaves and berries.

Leave the cake in the fridge overnight. Consume in moderation!
