Need an idea for something quick and easy? here I come with a super delicious recipe, for dinner or even breakfast! :-) Peas can be replaced with mushrooms!
- A sheet of French dough (puff pastry)
- 100 gr sour cream
- 250 -300 gr peas, frozen or canned
- 200 gr salted telemea
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons food starch (or 3 tablespoons flour)
- oregano or dill for garnish r
- cherry bones
- mozzarella 150 gr
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Cheese and pea tart:
Thaw the puff pastry 1-2 hours before. It is placed in a tart or yena dish. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grate the cheese, mix with sour cream, eggs, pepper and starch and finally add the peas.
Pour into a tart shape and sprinkle mozzarella on top and garnish with halves of cherry tomatoes. Put in the oven for 20-30 minutes and remove when browned.
Garnish with dill or oregano and serve hot or cold.
