Stewed cabbage

I cleaned the cabbage well and cut it faithfully. In a saucepan I heated the lard and then I added the tomatoes and onions, sautéing them for a few minutes. After that, I put the cabbage little by little, stirring until it is homogenous with the tomatoes and onions, together with 1 glass of water. To taste, add salt and pepper, but also the broth, to be more colorful :). I put the pan in the oven and left it until it catches the crust.
